Junior Player Required Documents
Applicable for Under-19 and below categories.
👦 Standard Junior Applications
Birth registered within 1 year.

Medical Certificate Requirements
Required for uneducated juniors or players whose DOB was registered more than one year after birth.
Medical verification must occur at Government Hospitals and be verified by the Chief Medical Officer or medical board.
Includes assessment of height, weight, chest girth, abdominal girth, body development index, and voice hoarseness.
Includes full dental examination and Oral Pantogram (OPG) X-ray.

📸 Photo Upload Requirements
